What is the delivery time?
All our orders are shipped via Colissimo 48h throughout France.
Expect an average of 3 to 5 days to receive your order in France.
Is delivery free?
Yes, Colissimo delivery is free for purchases over €69.
Each package has a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.
Are returns possible?
Yes, returns are possible provided that the scissors are new.

How to make a return?
Send us a request by email and we will send you a Colissimo label.
To be returned or refunded, the scissors must be new and in their original packaging.
How to choose my scissors?
To choose your scissors correctly, consider these 3 elements:
- Size: between 4.5 and 7 inches
- Brand: 6 brands to choose from
- Shape: straight or ergonomic

Are the scissors guaranteed?
Yes, all our scissors are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.
In this case, we will exchange your scissors for a new pair of the same model, at no additional cost.
Do you do sharpening?
Yes, we offer sharpening services for all brands of scissors that we distribute. In some cases, sharpening is even provided for free.
Can I pay in installments?
To pay for your order in several installments without fees, follow these steps:
- Add your product to the cart.
- At the payment step, choose "pay in several installments".
- Follow the instructions to validate the payment in several installments.
You can pay in 2x, 3x, or 4x without fees starting from a purchase of €100.
Is VAT included in the prices?
Yes, the VAT of 20% is included in the displayed prices. If you are a French business, you can reclaim the VAT on your orders.
How to obtain an invoice?
For each order, you receive your invoice by email at the same time as the order confirmation.
All your invoices are also available in your customer account.
